Harpers has great coverage of this as well. An absolutely chilling story. The number of folks running for office against a Rove client who've been legally harassed is quite a long one.

Sounds like pretty desperate measures to hide the truth. Reminds me of the textbook publishers who must publish Creationist rather than Darwinian theories if they want to sell anything in certain states.
