I'll probably be a vegetarian inside 5 years...
This is a story about how we get our Bluefin Tuna (aka Maguro). Be warned... you may not surprised by the commoditization of the Bluefin Tuna... but it's hard to say you don't mind. Becoming a vegetarian isn't something I'm rushing to do, but every time I see one a TV program, or a documentary, or a news story about how we capture, "process," and capitalize on animals, even those as unsentient as fish, I cringe. At the end of the day, I like meat, but I like fried food and cheese and whipped cream more... and I suspect I'll hit a breaking point where I've phased out the animals entirely.
